3. Account Registration and Verification

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 55fb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Deposits are credited to your 55fb account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 55fb is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to fund the account where technically feasible. Processing times for bKash and Nagad are typically within 15 minutes. Bank transfer processing times are subject to each bank's own schedule.
• 55fb reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account verification is incomplete.
• 55fb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 55fb's control.

55fb reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account in question may be suspended pending resolution.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

55fb offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is displayed at the point of bonus activation.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through different accounts or methods constitutes bonus abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting strategies, or sharing hole-card information in poker-style games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the Platform to layer or integrate illicit funds, or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or identifiable software error will be voided.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, allowing another person to use your account, or accepting funds from another person to place bets on their behalf.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 55fb staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.

7. Responsible Gaming

We make no representation that the Platform and its content are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for complying with any local laws applicable to you.

10. Amendments to These Terms

55fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the Platform or by email to the contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account and arrange for withdrawal of any remaining balance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 55fb operates.
